The UFC’s return to the Washington, D.C. area in April has a new women’s bantamweight bout as its latest addition.
Former title challenger Liz Carmouche (9-5 MMA, 1-3 UFC) and Lauren Murphy (8-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) have agreed to meet at the recently announced UFC Fight Night 63 event. UFC officials announced the new booking today.
UFC Fight Night 63 takes place April 4 at Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va. The card is expected to air on FOX Sports 1 with early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
